Choosing neutral hues for Soko’s contemporary interiors is also an idea to enable the architectural features of Soko’s design to take center stage. Plus, neutral tones were chosen as our brunch plates, and baked goods look extra good with a muted background, making a better visual experience for our dine-in customers.




As for our food, each of Soko’s signature brunch plates is meticulously prepared and planned by our Chefs. Moreover, by incorporating Vietnamese street food dishes such as Banh Mi Chao and giving it a modernized twist, Soko hopes to highlight traditional Vietnamese cuisine and provide our customers’ taste buds with a new perspective. Besides, Soko offers an acclaimed, varied menu filled with traditional brunch dishes such as Eggs Benedict, Full English Breakfast, and Pancakes.

Most importantly, since our establishment date, Soko has been known for our baked goods: cube croissants, Cronuts, cruffins, donuts, and more. The success of Soko’s Baked Goods is more than what the C-suit team ever expected, with more than 130 Cronuts and 180 Rondos being sold daily. With many well-devised flavors ranging from Pumpkin spice cheesecake, Crème Brûlée Butterscotch, to special-flavored pastries to support the LGBT community during the annual Pride Month, our professional team of bakers strives to innovate new flavors and products every day.

At the top of it all, Soko highly values our customers’ experience. Hence, we prioritize perfecting our customer services, foods, and drinks before it is delivered or served to our customers. Different from many other brunch spots in town, we only allow a maximum of 2 hours of seating for dine-in during the weekend, due to a large number of demands. Although Soko is a relatively new brunch spot in Ho Chi Minh City, we pride ourselves on bringing you a different approach to brunching, from the variety to the quality of our foods and services.
